How is the percentage increase/decrease calculated for different sections in the dashboard?

The percentage indicates that out of the number mails that were sent, a particular percentage was delivered. The increase or decrease beside this percentage indicates if the total delivered mails have either increased or decreased than the previous period. In the image below, it shows that there is a 30.7% increase. Consider that you generate the dashboard for the last 30 days. So, there has been a 30.7% increase in deliveries for the last 30 days in comparison to the 30 days before that.
