What is the difference between sent and delivered emails in dashboard?

Sent refers to the total mails that have been sent over a particular period of time. Delivered refers to the total mails that were delivered successfully to your recipients along with other details. There can be a difference in count between sent and delivered mails because some of the mails you sent may not have been delivered successfully. Sometimes they won’t be delivered due to bounces
