How can I close a client's account?  

You can also close a client's account entirely. This will remove them from the agency and close the client's Zoho Campaigns account.

  1. In the agency Module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Click More next to the necessary client and click Demap.

  3. Choose the Close Account option.

  4. Click Proceed and confirm.

 When can I demap a client?  

If your organization's relationship with a client is terminated, you can demap the client account. Before you demap a client, ensure heir organization has another user in the Standard Admin role to manage the account after it is demapped from the agency.

  1. In the Agency module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Click More icon besides the necessary client and click Demap.

  3. Choose the Demap option.

Can I remove my clients from the agency?  

You can remove your clients from the agency by taking one of the following courses of action:

  1. Demap a client from your agency

  2. Close your client account

How can I distribute my licenses to one or more clients?  

You can change a client's subscription plan depending on their needs. You cannot add less than 500 subscribers or exceed the plan of your Parent org.

  1. In the Agency module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Click on the required client account.

  3. In the detailed client view, click Change Plan under the Subscription section.

  4. Enter the new plan and click Change plan. 

                              OR   

  1. In the Agency module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Click More next to the parent org and click Share License.

  3. In the popup, enter the new plan and click Change Plan.  

Can I share data with my clients through the Agency module?  

You can push templates to your Agency module to share the template with all clients within the agency or vice-versa.

  1. In the Agency console, navigate to the Manage Templates tab.

  2. Click Add Template.

  3. Create a template in Zoho Campaigns.

  4. Click the Push Template icon in the template thumbnail. Your template will be pushed to the Agency console.

You can delete the template in the Manage Content tab by clicking the More button. Click delete and confirm deletion in the next popup.

 

Can I add a user to a client account in the Agency module?  

You can invite users from your client's company or your own company. Do this when you want to:

  1. Add a user from your organization to work with that client.

  2. Add a user from the client end so they can keep track of marketing activity.

To add a new user,

  1. In the Agency module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Select the preferred client account.

  3. Navigate to the Organization Users section and click Add Users.

  4. Enter your organization details (name, address, and industry). Click Update.

  5. Then, add the user's email address, name, and role. Click Add.

  6. An invitation will be sent to the user. Once they accept, they will be added to the account.

You can add a user from your client's Zoho Campaigns account.

How can I add a client account to the Agency edition?  

  1. In the Agency console, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.

  2. Click Add New Client.

  3. Enter your client's organization name. Click the Create Org button.

All your clients will be displayed in the  Manage Clients tab. Click on a client's name to access the detailed view.

 

How can I access my Agency edition?  

Only administrators of the parent organization and users added to the agency can access and perform actions within the Agency console. To access the console:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Campaigns account

  2. Select your profile from the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Click Switch to Agency Edition.

 

What is the Agency edition of Zoho Campaigns?  

With the Agency edition of Zoho Campaigns, you can maintain and manage multiple client accounts from one central platform.

Notes

Note:

  1. Zoho One or any bundle app account users cannot access the agency edition.
  2. You must have a yearly subscription plan to create an Agency edition account.
