How can I close a client's account?
You can also close a client's account entirely. This will remove them from the agency and close the client's Zoho Campaigns account.
- In the agency Module, navigate to the Manage Clients tab.
- Click More next to the necessary client and click Demap.
- Choose the Close Account option.
- Click Proceed and confirm.
