Can I create a personalized dashboard per user?
No. All users have access to a common dashboard, with visibility determined by their role-based permissions.
Can I share the dashboard with other users or clients?
You can add them as a user with the Admin role, and then they will have access to the entire Zoho Campaigns account.
Why can’t I access the dashboard?
Access to the dashboard may be restricted due to insufficient user permissions or roles.
Why is the list count not reflecting accurately in the dashboard?
Contacts added in the last 30 days appear on the dashboard. You can click View Mailing List to see the number of contacts in each specific list.
When will campaign results reflect in the dashboard?
Campaign results begin to appear on the Zoho Campaigns dashboard almost immediately after an email is sent, and the latest metrics will be visible when you refresh the dashboard page.
Can you filter dashboard data by time range, list, or campaign type?
No. The built-in dashboard in Zoho Campaigns doesn’t support filtering by time range, list, or campaign type; these options are only available within individual campaign reports or through integration with Zoho Analytics.
How do you change the widgets or rearrange them?
You can rearrange the components by clicking on the filter option and organizing them based on your preferences.
What information can you view on the dashboard in Zoho campaigns?
The dashboard provides a real-time summary of campaign performance, subscriber activity, and engagement metrics such as opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
