Can I create Zoho CRM syncs with multiple accounts of the same Zoho Campaigns organization?
It is now possible to create syncs with multiple accounts. However, after September 30, 2022 we only permit one admin account of Zoho Campaigns organization to be integrated with one account of Zoho CRM. This means you won't be able to create syncs with multiple accounts of the same Zoho Campaigns organization, or after migrating to the new Zoho CRM integration model.
With the new integration model, syncs are at organizational level so you can integrate your unique Zoho Campaigns organization with only one organization in Zoho CRM. The other reason for organizational level sync is organization level unsubscribes. When a contact unsubscribes, they are automatically unsubscribed from all topics in the organization. So it makes sense to sync each Zoho CRM organization with unique Zoho Campaigns organization to avoid confusion and unwanted unsubscribes.
