In the new sync setup, contacts and leads will remain synced, so contacts deleted from Zoho CRM will be removed from Zoho Campaigns automatically.
Will campaign and member status get pushed to Zoho CRM automatically?
Campaign and member status data will be pushed to Zoho CRM by default in the new Zoho CRM sync setup. Hence, there is no need for options to enable push campaign and member status data in the new sync setup.
Will my syncs happen immediately?
All syncs under the new CRM sync setup will be instantaneous. However, there is a possibility of a time lag if a large number of contacts are being synced.
Can I delete my sync?
You cannot delete a sync under the new CRM setup. However you can alternatively pause sync under the sync detailed view, edit it and then resume it to apply changes.
