Will editing the sync configuration affect the existing synced data?
Changes to the configuration will impact future sync operations. While existing data in Zoho Campaigns and CRM will stay intact, it may be updated or modified during the next sync according to the new settings.
What should you do if some records don’t appear in Zoho Campaigns after syncing?
Verify if the contact was skipped during the sync by downloading the sync history logs. Our support team will also need sample contacts that didn’t sync from Zoho CRM to Zoho Campaigns but weren’t marked as skipped in the sync logs.
How can you view the sync histories or logs?
In Zoho Campaigns, go to the CRM integration section, where you can access sync histories and logs that offer detailed information about each sync.
Does the sync overwrite data in Zoho CRM or Campaigns?
The sync updates records in Campaigns according to changes in the CRM, but does not overwrite data in the CRM itself.
What happens if there are duplicate records in Zoho CRM during a sync?
During the sync, the system detects duplicates using unique identifiers, such as email addresses, and any duplicates found will be ignored.
Is there a limit to how many syncs you can create between Campaigns and CRM?
No. The new integration model permits one sync per module (for example, one for Leads and one for Contacts). While you can create multiple syncs overall, each module can have only one active sync at a time.
Will the member status in Zoho CRM update all the contact/recipient activity?
Only the most recent action taken by the contact or recipient on the campaign will be updated.
Where does the contact/recipient activity get updated in Zoho CRM?
The contact or recipient activity will be reflected in the member status within Zoho CRM.
Will contact activity from Zoho Campaigns be pushed to Zoho CRM?

Will sent campaigns and member status be pushed to Zoho CRM automatically?
Yes. By default, these status data are automatically pushed to Zoho CRM in the new sync setup. No additional options need to be enabled to transfer this data.
Will contacts without an email address be synced to Zoho Campaigns?
No. Contacts without an email address are automatically excluded during the sync process.
Are there any mandatory fields that have to be mapped during the Zoho CRM sync in Zoho Campaigns?
The email address is a mandatory field required for syncing contacts to Zoho Campaigns.
