1. What should I do if the integration is not working?

Alert
API keys are not applicable in the new integration setup. If your integration is not working, please disconnect and re-integrate again.
Your API key might not be working. Contact our support team so they can regenerate your API key. Then update your plugin with the new API key.

2. What can I do if my short code doesn't work?

Some editor plugins replace special characters as follows:
  1. '[' will be replaced with '&#91'
  2. ']' will be replaced with'&#93'
This might be one of the reasons your code isn't working.
To avoid this, make sure to choose the Raw HTML option as your editor format. If that option isn't available, use a HTML editor to embed short code.

3. If I update the ZSC key in my Zoho Campaigns account. Will it impact the status of existing syncs?

Alert
ZSC keys are not applicable in the new integration setup. If your integration is not working, please disconnect and re-integrate again.
Yes, the change will deactivate all existing syncs. You will need to reactivate all syncs manually. Once you regenerate the ZSC key, all previous syncs will become inactive, and you will need to enter the new ZSC key in your Zoho Campaigns account to activate periodic syncs.

4. When do I need to change the Zoho Reports authtoken in Zoho Campaigns?

Alert
ZSC keys are not applicable in the new integration setup. If your integration is not working, please disconnect and re-integrate again.
ZSC key is a sensitive field. Changing your ZSC key invalidates all the existing syncs. The only two times you would need to change your ZSC key in Zoho Campaigns are:
  1. If you change the primary email address in your Zoho Reports account.

  2. If you transfer your Zoho Campaigns connector to another admin account.
