Can I export the entire Library for offline use?
No. The Library doesn’t support full export. Each file must be downloaded manually.
Can I import templates designed in Canva into the Library?
Not directly. You’ll need to export the design as HTML (if available) before importing it into the Library.
Can I create a multi-language version of an existing template in the Library?
Yes, but translation has to be done manually after duplicating the template, as no auto-translation feature exists.
Can Library templates be renamed in bulk?
No, bulk renaming isn’t supported; templates must be renamed manually.
Is it possible to restore templates that were accidentally overwritten in the Library?
Unfortunately, there is no option to undo or restore overwritten HTML templates in the Library.
Can a saved template be locked so other users cannot edit it?
Anyone with access to the Library can edit or overwrite the template.
Can I use the same image from the Library across different workspaces without uploading again?
No. The Library is specific to each workspace, so images cannot be shared across workspaces without re-uploading.
What happens if you save a template with broken HTML tags in the Library?
The template may still be saved, but rendering issues can occur in the preview and when sending email campaigns.
Can two Library templates be A/B tested against each other in a single campaign?
Yes. During A/B campaign setup, select both templates from the Library. You can test subject lines or templates depending on your goal.
Does the Library automatically save while designing a template?
No. The Library does not auto-save content. You must manually save drafts in the template editor, and closing without saving may result in data loss.
Is it possible to track who created or last edited a template or form in the Library?
No. The Library doesn’t currently have user or edit history logs for templates, images, or forms.
What happens if two users edit and save the same template simultaneously?
The most recently saved version will overwrite the previous one, so it’s best for team members to coordinate before editing.
Is it possible to restrict who can save templates to the Library?
Yes. If a user is assigned the Viewer role, they will only be able to view existing templates and will not have permission to create or save content in the Library.
Can templates in the Library be updated via API?
No. Zoho Campaigns’ API doesn’t currently support modifying or uploading templates directly to the library.
Is it possible to copy a template from the Library to another workspace?
No, but you can export the template HTML and re-import it into another workspace.
Can I upload videos to the Library?
No, video file uploads aren’t supported. However, you can embed video links (e.g., from YouTube or Vimeo) into email templates instead.
Is it possible to recover deleted Library files?
No. Once a file or template is deleted from the Library, it cannot be recovered.
Why can't I edit an uploaded image directly from the Library?
Zoho Campaigns doesn’t support online image editing. You’ll need to edit the image externally and re-upload it.
Why am I not able to upload images to the Library?
This could be due to an unsupported file type, exceeding the file size limit (usually 1 MB), or an unstable network. Ensure that the image is in JPG, PNG, or GIF formats.
Can I organize the files in the library myself?
Yes. You can create folders to keep your Library organized.
Can I filter images based on user?
Yes. You can filter based on user. You can see the filter option in the top-right corner.
Can I upload a file from your phone?
Yes. As long as you’re logged into Zoho Campaigns in a browser, you can upload files from any device.
Is there a way to backup the Library content?
Currently, Zoho Campaigns doesn’t provide a native backup or export option for the full Library, but you can manually download files for backup.
Can I upload animated GIFs in the Library?
Yes. Select the import option, and then you can upload the .gif file.
What happens if I upload a file with the same name as an existing file?
Zoho Campaigns will treat it as a new file, but it’s recommended to rename before uploading to avoid confusion.
Can I add images uploaded in Zoho Campaigns to Google Photos?
Yes. You can add it once the Zoho Campaigns is integrated with Google Photos.
Can I search for a file in the Library?
Yes. The Library includes a search bar to help you find files by name.
Will deleting a Library image affect my previous campaigns?
No. Deleting an image from the Library will not affect previously sent campaigns, but it will no longer be available for future use.
Can I use a Library image in more than one campaign?
Yes. Once uploaded, images and templates can be reused in multiple campaigns without uploading them again.
How do I access the Library?
You can access the Library by clicking Library in the Navigation toolbar at the left-hand side of your Zoho Campaigns account.
Can I preview all files stored in the Library?
You can preview templates and some image types, but not all documents (e.g., PDFs or DOC files) can be previewed within the Library.
Can you bulk upload images or templates to the Library?
Currently, bulk upload is not supported directly in the UI, you must upload each item individually.
Can you replace an existing image or file in the Library?
No. You cannot replace a file directly. You’ll need to delete the existing one and upload the new version with a different name.
Will I be able to edit the template, workflow, or form that was added to the library?
Yes. You can edit the existing template, workflow, and forms.
Can you preview templates stored in the Library?
Yes. You can preview both system and custom templates directly from the Library.
Can I rename the image in the library?
No. You will not be able to rename images uploaded to the Library, but you can rename templates added to the Library.
Are Library assets shared across all users in the account?
Yes. Library items are accessible to all users in the organization based on their role and permissions. Admins can see all of the data in the account.
Can you track if an image or file in the Library is being used in any campaign?
No. Zoho Campaigns currently does not provide usage tracking for Library items.
Can you reuse images or documents stored in the Library?
Once uploaded, images and documents can be reused across multiple campaigns without needing to re-upload.
Is there a storage limit for the Library?
There is no storage limit in adding the template and image.
