How do I create a signup form from the Library module?

To create a signup form from the Library:

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Library and select Form Templates.
  2. Click Create Form Template. 
  3. Select the type of sign-up form to create. 
  4. You can also select whether your form is vertical or horizontal from the dropdown in the top right corner of the Create Form Template screen.
  5. Choose a sign-up form layout and click Next.
  6. Edit the sign-up form, then click Save and Proceed. 
  7. Make any changes you need in the Response page and click Save and Proceed.
