Why can't I upload an image to the library?
Zoho Campaigns only supports images in jpeg, png, or gif format, with a maximum file size of 1 MB. Please adhere to these conditions while uploading an image to the Library.
If you can't upload an image (fulfilling above requirements), check to see if you have special characters in the image name. If so, please remove them and try again.
