Can I send an Autoresponder to multiple segments of a mailing list?
No, you cannot send an autoresponder to different email list segments. However, it is feasible by implementing the Zoho Campaigns workflow feature. The "Enter a Segment" trigger can be used repeatedly to select the segments needed for this activity.
To create a series of emails to be sent to multiple segments of a mailing list,
- From the Navigation toolbar, select Automation and click Workflows.
- Click Create Workflow button on the top-right of the page.
- Select the workflow template or click 'Custom Workflow'.
- Drag and drop the 'Enter a Segment' trigger onto the canvas and select the segment.
- Perform the above step for all the segments that is required.
- Next, drag and drop the 'Send Email' action onto the canvas. Connect it with all the triggers and configure them.
- Add a delay component and configure it.
- Perform the step 6 to configure all the emails that need to be sent to the multiple segments.
