Zoho Campaigns app for mobile
1. How do I delete the Zoho Campaigns account in an iOS device?
You can delete your Zoho Campaigns account in iOS devices by following these steps:
- Open Settings in the Zoho Campaigns app.
- Scroll down and select Delete Account. Click Proceed.
- Click Next.
- Choose a reason and add feedback.
- Click Agree to delete the account, then click Close Account.
Note: Zoho store accounts cannot be deleted, it can be deleted from the store.
2. Can I clone my email campaigns?
Yes, you can clone your email campaigns in Zoho Campaigns. Both regular campaigns and A/B campaigns can be duplicated using the Clone option. When a campaign is cloned, only the campaign name and subject line can be edited. All other settings and content are carried over from the original campaign.
3. Is there a limit on the number of contacts that can be added to a mailing list at a time?
Yes, there is a limit when adding contacts to a mailing list manually. You can add up to 20 contacts at a time when creating or updating a mailing list manually. However, if you use the Import option, you can add any number of contacts, as long as it is within your subscription limit.
4. Can I reschedule the campaigns that are scheduled to be sent based on the recipient's time zone?
No, campaigns scheduled based on the recipient’s time zone cannot be rescheduled. Once scheduled, the send time is locked to ensure delivery at the correct local time for each recipient. Only campaigns scheduled using the sender’s time zone can be rescheduled. If you need to change the timing, you’ll have to recreate the campaign with a new schedule.
5. Who will review the campaigns that I have sent?
Zoho Campaigns' Content Compliance Team and Manual Moderation Team review all your email campaigns to ensure that they fulfill all the compliance criteria and do not land in your contacts' spam folder. They'll check key elements, such as subject line, email content, images, org contact list, and org whitelist. This review helps identify anything that might trigger spam filters or violate email best practices. The review process is to ensure better deliverability and compliance.
6. Can I add widgets on my device for app-related activities?
Yes, you can add available widgets in your Zoho Campaigns applications.
To add in the iOS application:
- Navigate to Settings, then tap Widgets.
- Add widgets from the home screen of your device.
To add in the Android application:
- Long press the home screen.
- Choose Widgets.
- Search for "Campaigns".
- Long press and drop widgets on the home screen.
7. Can I add shortcuts on my device for app-related activities?
Yes, you can add shortcuts on your device for app-related activities using Siri shortcuts in the Zoho Campaigns iOS app. To set this up, open the app, go to Settings, and navigate to App Icons. In this section, you can create and customize Siri shortcuts for different actions within the app. You can set a voice command under When I say and choose the action you want Siri to perform under Do.
8. Can I change the appearance of the app icon?
Yes, you can change the appearance of the Zoho Campaigns app icon on your iOS devices. To do this, go to Settings, then select App Icons and choose your preferred icon style. The selected icon will be applied immediately to your device. Please note that this feature is available only on iOS, and is not supported in the Zoho Campaigns Android application.
9. What is demo mode?
The demo option allows you to explore the features and functionality of the Zoho Campaigns application. It gives you a hands-on way to understand how different features work within the app. Once you’re done exploring, simply tap Exit Demo to return to your account.
10. What is the difference between signing out and resetting the app?
Signing out of the app ends your current session and removes all locally stored data from the device. You will need to sign in again to access your account. The Reset App option, on the other hand, keeps your current session active but clears local data and preferences, and fresh data is loaded again.
11. Is it possible to make in-app purchases in the Zoho Campaigns app?
The In-App Purchase option is available in the Settings section of your app. When new users sign up, they will be added to a Forever FREE plan of Campaigns. Users can choose from different subscriber-based plans. After choosing a suitable plan, you will be redirected to the Play Store or App Store where you can make the payment. Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the changes will be automatically reflected in the app. All our subscriptions are auto-renewable, so you will need to manually cancel the subscription in the store if you no longer want it to continue.
Note:
- This functionality is available only in iOS applications.
- You must cancel at least 24 hours before the next date of renewal.
12. Will data of my Zoho Campaigns' account be retained on the device when I sign out of the app?
Data and records including details of campaigns and mailing lists fetched from the server will be removed from the device when the user signs out or resets the app.
13. How does Zoho Campaigns ensure GDPR compliance for its mobile app?
To comply with GDPR, only the campaigns and the mailing list details will be fetched from the server and saved in the local database. This information can be accessed even while working offline, and will be cleared once the user signs out from the app. No data related to the contacts will be available in the app's local database.
14. Which version of Android is compatible with the app?
The Zoho Campaigns app supports devices running Android version 8.0 and above. Using a supported version helps the app run smoothly. Older Android versions will not be supported.
15. Which version of iOS is compatible with the app?
The Zoho Campaigns app is compatible with devices running iOS 15.0 and above. Make sure your device is updated to a supported version to run the app smoothly. Older iOS versions will not be supported.
