What's the difference between Basic and Advanced Workflows in Zoho Campaigns?

The workflow builder includes several components you can use to automate tasks based on specific triggers and conditions. Depending on the components you use, your workflow may fall under basic or advanced workflows.

Notes
Note:
  1. In the trial version of Zoho Campaigns, you can create both basic and advanced workflows.
  2. If you created an advanced workflow during the trial period but purchased the Standard plan after the trial expiry, you won’t be able to use or modify that workflow unless you upgrade to the Professional plan.
