How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log into Zoho Campaigns.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top-right of the screen.

  3. Select Subscription under General.

  4. Click the Cancel your subscription plan link.

  5. Click the Change plan option.

  6. Click on Cancel Subscription link at the bottom of the page.

  7. Click Yes. Your plan will automatically be changed to a pay-as-you-go plan with zero email credits.
