Import Contacts from GoToWebinar - New Version

Sync your GoToWebinar account with Zoho Campaigns to import your webinar registrants and attendees into a mailing list in Zoho Campaigns. Add your webinars in an email campaign and send it to your contacts for promotion.

We have recently updated to a new integration model in Zoho Campaigns. Please view the updated help document, if you've migrated to the latest integration model.

Integrate with GoToWebinar 

Before your set up a sync with your GoToWebinar account, you must first integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with your GoToWebinar account.  Learn how to integrate your GoToWebinar account with Zoho Campaigns.  

Set Up Sync

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Contacts and select Sync Services

  2. Navigate to the GoToWebinar sync setup and click New Sync icon.

  3. Enter sync details
    • Sync Name- This is for internal reference.
    • Webinar Type- You can choose Historical Webinars or Upcoming Webinars
    • Select the Webinar you want to sync from.
      • If you've chosen Historical Webinars, you can either choose Registrants or Attendees.
      • If you've chosen Upcoming Webinars, you can only select Registrants.
    • Sync To- Select the mailing list you want to sync details to. 
    • Topics - Select the topics to be associated with the contacts. This step is applicable only if you have configured other topics in addition to the default topic (Marketing). 
  4. Click Next and land on the detailed view of the sync.
