Reset contact score 

Note: Contact scoring is available only for users under the Professional plan.

To reset the contact scores:

1. Open the Contacts Tab and select Contact Scoring.
   
2. Click the Reset button in the top-right corner.
   
3. Read the terms and check the "I Agree" checkbox.
   
4. Click Reset Now.
   
5. If you want to start the scoring process after the reset, click Enable Scoring.
   

 Reset and revoke scoring 

Note: This option will be shown when a reset has been performed.

To view the reset history:

1. Open the Contacts tab and select Contact Scoring.
2. Click the Reset Button and select Reset History from the drop-down.
    

 Push contact scores to CRM 

Check updated contact scores in CRM 

To check the updated contact scores in CRM,

1. Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
2. From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and choose Sync Services.
   
3. Hover over Zoho CRM and click Active Syncs.
   
4. Click Setup in the top-right corner.
   
5. Go to the Update Zoho CRM records with Zoho Campaigns Activities section.
   
6. Click the Add New drop-down.
   
7. Click the Update Contact Scores option.
   
   
8. Map the corresponding Campaigns field to CRM fields to update scores.
   
9. Click Save. Check the updated contact scores in the CRM.
