Contact Scoring - Troubleshooting Guide
With Zoho Campaigns, you can reset contact scoring to keep up with changing demands and trends.

Note: Contact scoring is available only for users under the
Professional plan.
- Open the Contacts Tab and select Contact Scoring.
- Click the Reset button in the top-right corner.
- Read the terms and check the "I Agree" checkbox.
- Click Reset Now.
- If you want to start the scoring process after the reset, click Enable Scoring.

Reset and revoke scoring
Before you reset your contact scores, ensure that you won't need them anymore. After the reset, your contacts' scores will set back to zero, and you will be unable to revoke or undo the reset. However, you can learn who initiated the reset and the reasons for the reset in reset history.

Note: This option will be shown when a reset has been performed.
To view the reset history:
- Open the Contacts tab and select Contact Scoring.
- Click the Reset Button and select Reset History from the drop-down.
The advantage of integrating different products is that data can be shared or migrated between the products and rendered useful. In such case, you can
push contact scores from Zoho Campaigns to Zoho CRM to identify the most valuable customers.
- Log in to Zoho Campaigns.
- From the Navigation toolbar, click Contacts and choose Sync Services.
- Hover over Zoho CRM and click Active Syncs.

- Click Setup in the top-right corner.

- Go to the Update Zoho CRM records with Zoho Campaigns Activities section.
- Click the Add New drop-down.
- Click the Update Contact Scores option.

- Map the corresponding Campaigns field to CRM fields to update scores.
- Click Save. Check the updated contact scores in the CRM.
