Connecting a store with Zoho Campaigns

  1. Only one store can be integrated with an organization. If you have more than one store, you need separate organizations to integrate each store.
  2. Only users with administrator role can connect Zoho Campaigns with a  store and he/she only can access it. 

Sending automated emails to non-marketing contacts

You can only send abandoned cart emails to non-marketing contacts. You should not send promotional, purchase follow-up, or any other type of marketing emails to the non-marketing contacts.

Only signed up customers will only be imported 

Customers who have signed up with your store and made a purchase will be imported into Zoho Campaigns. People who've purchased without sign up or as a guest will not be imported into Zoho Campaigns. 

Integration with WooCommerce

While integrating with WooCommerce, check the During initial sync, auto subscribe the existing subscribers checkbox to import them as marketing customers into Zoho Campaigns.

If you've missed to check the checkbox, re-integrate again to import all your WooCommerce store customers as marketing allowed customers.
