BigCommerce - Installation Guide

Create and send promotional emails about your products, send automated abandoned cart recovery emails, purchase follow-up emails, and earn a greater return on your investment by making the best out of Zoho Campaigns' ecommerce solution. All you need to do is integrate your BigCommerce account with Zoho Campaigns, connect your online store, and import all your products, customers, and orders into Zoho Campaigns. This integration also lets you segment your customers based on their purchase activities and nurture different customers and prospects at various levels. You need to install the Zoho Campaigns app in your BigCommerce account and complete the integration. 

Install the Zoho Campaigns app in BigCommerce.

  1. Log in to BigCommerce.
  2. Click Apps.
  3. Go to Marketplace and search for Zoho Campaigns.
  4. Install the Zoho Campaigns app.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. Select a mailing list in Zoho Campaigns that you want to sync to, and add your store's customers.
  7. Click Associate List.
  8. You can view the features supported by Zoho Campaigns after you connect the store with a mailing list.
  9. Click Open Zoho Campaigns.
Alternatively, you can also integrate your BigCommerce account from Zoho Campaigns.
  1. From the navigation toolbar, select Settings and choose Apps under Integration.
  2. Click Continue after you're finished looking at the activities related to the integration.
  3. Log in to your BigCommerce account.
  4. Install the Zoho Campaigns app by following the same steps as mentioned in the section above.
  5. Hover over BigCommerce and click Connect .  

Uninstall Zoho Campaigns app

To uninstall or disconnect Zoho Campaigns from BigCommerce:
  1. In your BigCommerce account, go to Apps.
  2. Go to My Apps. 
  3. Search Zoho Campaigns and click Uninstall.
