This document explains a few use cases with respect to the pricing plans. Cases involves both free plan users and users who have subscription plans.
Use case - Free plan (limit not exceeded)
Patricia is using the Free plan in Zoho Campaigns and can add up to 2,000 contacts in her organization, which already has 1,950 contacts. She wants to import contacts from a file with 1,400 contacts and has two options:
- She can upgrade to the appropriate pricing plan and import all contacts from the file.
- She can import 50 contacts from the file, which is within the existing limit.
Use case - Free plan (limit exceeded)
Patricia is using the Free plan in Zoho Campaigns and can add up to 2,000 contacts in her organization, a maximum which she has already met. She wants to import contacts from a file that has 1,400 contacts and has two options:
- She can upgrade to the appropriate pricing plan and then import contacts from the file.
- She can cancel the file import.
Use case - Subscription plan (limit not exceeded)
Patricia is using a paid subscription plan (Professional) in Zoho Campaigns and can add up to 10,000 contacts in her organization, which already has 2,000 contacts. She wants to import contacts from a file that has 20,000 contacts and has two options:
- She can upgrade to the appropriate pricing plan and import contacts from the file.
- She can import contacts (8,000) within the existing limit.
Use case - Subscription plan (limit exceeded)
Patricia is using a paid subscription plan (Professional) in Zoho Campaigns and can add up to 10,000 contacts in her organization, which already has 10,000 contacts. She wants to import contacts from a file that has another 10,000 contacts and has two options:
- She can upgrade to the appropriate pricing plan and then import contacts from the file.
- She can cancel the file import.
