How to configure sync settings - New integration model
Configure your sync settings to keep all of your contacts updated across both applications. With options to update your contacts and their scores to CRM, you'll be able to manage your contacts efficiently.
To configure sync setting:
- From the Navigation toolbar, choose Contacts and select Sync Services.
- Under Zoho CRM, select Active Syncs.
- Click Setup to edit the sync configuration.
- In this section, you can do the following:
- Update Opt-out Contacts – Enable this option to update the opt-out in Zoho CRM for those contacts which were unsubscribed from Zoho Campaigns. This option is enabled by default. You can edit these settings whenever you want.
- Update Opt-out Contacts – Enable this option to update the opt-out in Zoho CRM for those contacts which were unsubscribed from Zoho Campaigns. This option is enabled by default. You can edit these settings whenever you want.
- Update lead score to Zoho CRM - Enable this option to update lead score to a number type field in Zoho CRM under one of CRM's module. After enabling, you can edit these settings whenever you want.
