How to set up integration with Zoho CRM - New integration model

Prerequisites

Before integrating your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho CRM, please check that you meet the following requirements:
  1. You should have Standard Admin role in Zoho Campaigns.
  2. You should have Administrator account in Zoho CRM.
  3. You can integrate only one Zoho Campaigns account from your organization with one Zoho CRM organization. You cannot integrate multiple accounts.

Integrate your Zoho CRM account

 Before importing contacts from Zoho CRM, you need to integrate your Zoho CRM account with your Zoho Campaigns account.
 
To integrate your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho CRM,
  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integrations.
  3. Mouse over Zoho CRM and click Connect.

  4. We perform the following activities after integration,
    1. Sync your Zoho CRM data with Zoho Campaigns.
    2. Update sent email campaigns to Zoho CRM
    3. Update campaign related activities(opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes) of synced contacts to Zoho CRM.
  5. Click Continue.
