Migration to the new Zoho CRM integration model
We're revisiting the integration between Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM with the implementation of some important changes in the existing sync model. Benefits of the new sync setup include:
All syncs will be instant, maintaining a continuous data flow between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns without any delay.
A single sync will be sufficient to sync contacts from each module of Zoho CRM. This means that only a single sync is required per module, including Leads, Contacts, and any custom modules.
All contacts will be synced into Zoho Campaigns. The synced contacts can be maintained under segments to send targeted emails to the appropriate set of contacts.
Notes:
Only users with the administrative role can migrate to the new setup
Once you've migrated to the new CRM integration setup, you cannot revert to the old setup.
Migrate to the latest Topic version before proceeding with this migration as the new CRM integration model supports the updated version of Topics.
How to migrate to the new setup
Click Migrate Now from the Dashboard alert.
Read through all the changes that will happen in the latest version carefully to be prepared. Click Proceed.
If you have integrated with multiple CRM organizations, then you have to choose one of the organizations which will be retained in the new sync setup. All other organizations will be removed.
Click Next and then click Finish.
Note:
In the new sync setup, you should create unique Zoho Campaigns account for your Zoho CRM account. This makes it easier to manage data flow between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns and also avoids duplication of contacts in Zoho Campaigns.
Once you have migrated to the new sync setup model, organize your contacts to proceed without any confusion.
