Zoho Campaign allows you to integrate with other Zoho applications.
Revamped sync setup
We're revisiting how Zoho Campaigns integrates with other applications and have implemented some important changes in the integration process. Consequentially, there will be some changes while syncing Zoho Campaigns with other Zoho applications.
Generic changes in the new integration setup
- You must be the organization administrator in both Zoho applications to perform the integration and sync.
- Only one account per organization can be integrated and synced for all application
- All contacts will be synced into Zoho Campaigns.

Integrate your Zoho CRM Account
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

Choose
Apps under Integration.

Mouse over Zoho CRM and click Connect.

- Sync your Zoho CRM data with Zoho Campaigns.
- Share your email campaigns with Zoho CRM.
- Track the recipients who have purchased your product.
- Share your campaign activities as member status with Zoho CRM.
- Click Continue.
What happens if I deny my Zoho CRM account Integration?
If you deny this integration,
- Email campaigns will not be pushed with Zoho CRM.
- Member status will not be updated in Zoho CRM.
- Zoho CRM data will not be synced with Zoho Campaigns.
- Existing active syncs will be disabled.
Denying access to Zoho CRM
Integrate with Zoho Survey
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.

- Hover over Zoho Survey and click Connect.

- Add online surveys made using Zoho Survey, to your campaigns.

Click Continue.
What happens if I deny my Zoho Survey account Integration?
If you deny this integration,
- Scheduled survey campaigns will be moved to draft.
- Scheduled survey A/B test campaigns will be stopped.
Denying access to Zoho Survey
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Mouse over Zoho Survey and click View Details.

- Click the Deny button beside the account name.
- Click Go Ahead.

- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.

- Hover over Zoho Forms and click Connect.

To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration,
- Send out the forms created in Zoho Forms as form-based email campaigns.

If you deny this integration,
- Scheduled form campaigns will be moved to draft.
- Scheduled form A/B test campaigns will be stopped.
Integrate with Zoho Books
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Mouse over Zoho Books and click Connect.

- Sync contacts from your Zoho Books into Zoho Campaigns.

- Click Continue.
- Enter email address and ZSC key.

Click Save.
Note: You can integrate multiple Books accounts. Click
Zoho Books under
Integrations and click
Add Accounts to integrate another account.
What happens if I deny my Zoho Books account Integration?
If you deny this integration,
- Existing active syncs will be disabled.
Denying access to Zoho Books
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Mouse over Zoho Books and click View Details.

- Click the Deny button beside the account name.
- Click Go Ahead.

Integrate your Zoho Analytics
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.

- Mouse over Zoho Analytics and click Connect.

- Click Continue.
- Enter your email address and ZSC key.

Note: You can integrate multiple Analytics accounts. Click Zoho Analytics under Integrations and click Add Accounts to integrate another account.
What happens if I deny my Zoho Analytics account Integration?
If you deny this integration,
- Existing active syncs will be disabled.
Denying access to Zoho Analytics
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Apps under Integration.
- Mouse over Zoho Analytics and click View Details.

- Click the Deny button beside the account name.
- Click Go Ahead.
Integrate with Zoho Flow
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

- Choose Integration Platforms under Integrations.

- Mouse over Zoho Flow and click View More.

- Click Connect with Zoho Flow.

- Click CREATE YOUR OWN to start creating your customized flows with Zoho Flow.
