How to integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho applications

Zoho Campaign allows you to integrate with other Zoho applications.

Revamped sync setup  

We're revisiting how Zoho Campaigns integrates with other applications and have implemented some important changes in the integration process. Consequentially, there will be some changes while syncing Zoho Campaigns with other Zoho applications. 

Generic changes in the new integration setup  

  1. You must be the organization administrator in both Zoho applications to perform the integration and sync.
  2. Only one account per organization can be integrated and synced for all application
  3. All contacts will be synced into Zoho Campaigns.

Integrate your Zoho CRM Account

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Mouse over Zoho CRM and click Connect. 
  4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,
    • Sync your Zoho CRM data with Zoho Campaigns.
    • Share your email campaigns with Zoho CRM.
    • Track the recipients who have purchased your product.
    • Share your campaign activities as member status with Zoho CRM.
  5. Click Continue.

What happens if I deny my Zoho CRM account Integration?

If you deny this integration,
  1. Email campaigns will not be pushed with Zoho CRM.
  2. Member status will not be updated in Zoho CRM.
  3. Zoho CRM data will not be synced with Zoho Campaigns.
  4. Existing active syncs will be disabled.

Denying access to Zoho CRM

    1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

    2. Choose Apps under Integration. 
    3.  Mouse over Zoho CRM and click View Details.
    4.  Click the Deny button beside the account name.
    5. Click Go Ahead.

Integrate your Zoho Recruit

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Mouse over Zoho Recruit and click Connect. 
  4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,
    • Sync contacts and candidates from Zoho Recruit into Zoho Campaigns.
    • Share your campaigns with Zoho Recruit.
  5. Click Continue.

What happens if I deny my Zoho Recruit account Integration?

  1. Email campaigns will not be pushed with Zoho Recruit.
  2. Member status will not be updated in Zoho Recruit.
  3. Zoho Recruit data will not be synced with Zoho Campaigns.
  4. Existing active syncs will be disabled.

Denying access to Zoho Recruit

  1. From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings. 
  2. Choose Apps under Integration. 
  3.  Mouse over Zoho Recruit and click View Details.
  4.  Click the Deny button beside the account name.
  5. Click Go Ahead.

Integrate with Zoho Creator

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Hover over Zoho Creator and click Connect.

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

    • Import your Zoho Contacts into Zoho Campaigns.

What happens if I deny my Zoho Contacts account Integration?

If you deny this integration,

  1. Existing active syncs will be disabled.

Denying access to Zoho Contacts

Integrate with Zoho Survey

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

    • Add online surveys made using Zoho Survey, to your campaigns. connect with survey

What happens if I deny my Zoho Survey account Integration?

If you deny this integration,

  1. Scheduled survey campaigns will be moved to draft.
  2. Scheduled survey A/B test campaigns will be stopped.

Denying access to Zoho Survey

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3.  Mouse over Zoho Survey and click View Details.

Integrate with Zoho Forms

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Hover over Zoho Forms and click Connect.

    • Send out the forms created in Zoho Forms as form-based email campaigns.

What happens if I deny my Zoho Forms account Integration?

If you deny this integration,
  1. Scheduled form campaigns will be moved to draft.
  2. Scheduled form A/B test campaigns will be stopped.

Denying access to Zoho Forms

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

Integrate with Zoho Meeting

By integrating your Zoho Campaigns account with Zoho Meeting, you can:

  • Add the registrants and attendees of your webinars to your mailing lists.
  • Send campaigns about the details of your webinar to the registrants.
  • Send promotional newsletters to your webinar attendees. 
Note: Only the users with "Administrator" permission in Zoho Meeting can connect the account with Zoho Campaigns.

To integrate your account with Zoho Meeting account:

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Mouse over Zoho Meeting and click Connect.

  4. As a step to be GDPR compliant, we'll inform the activities that will be performed after the integration that are:
    • You'll be able to run promotional campaigns for webinars scheduled in Zoho Meeting.
    • Sync webinar details from Zoho Meeting to Zoho Campaigns.
    • Sync webinars and attendees list to Zoho Campaigns.
  5. Click  Buy now to continue.

What happens if I deny my Zoho Meeting account Integration?

If you deny this integration,
  1. Existing active syncs will be disabled.
  2. Scheduled webinar-based campaigns will be moved to draft.
  3. Scheduled webinar-based A/B test campaigns will be stopped.

Denying access to Zoho Meeting

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  3.  Mouse over Zoho Invoice and click View Details.
  4. Click the Deny button beside the account name.
  5. Click Go Ahead.

Integrate your Zoho Invoice

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.

  3. Mouse over Zoho Invoice and click Connect.
  4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activity that will be performed after integration,
    • Sync the contacts present in Zoho Invoice with Zoho Campaigns.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Enter your email address and ZSC key.
  7. Click Save.

Note: You can integrate multiple Invoice accounts. Click Zoho Invoice under Integrations and click Add Accounts to integrate another account.  

What happens if I deny my Zoho Invoice account Integration?

If you deny this integration,
  1. Existing active syncs will be disabled.

Denying access to Zoho Invoice

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Click the Deny button beside the account name.

Integrate with Zoho Books

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Apps under Integration.
  3. Mouse over Zoho Books and click Connect.

    • Sync contacts from your Zoho Books into Zoho Campaigns.

  6. Enter email address and ZSC key.
  7. Click Save.

Note: You can integrate multiple Books accounts. Click Zoho Books under Integrations and click Add Accounts to integrate another account.

Integrate your Zoho Analytics

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

    • Sync contacts data stored in the database from Zoho Analytics to Zoho Campaigns.

  6. Enter your email address and ZSC key.

Note: You can integrate multiple Analytics accounts. Click Zoho Analytics under Integrations and click Add Accounts to integrate another account.

  4. Choose the Zoho Desk organization. 
  5. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,
    1.     Sync contacts from your Zoho Desk account.

Denying access to Zoho Desk

Integrate with Zoho Flow

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose Integration Platforms under Integrations.

  3. Mouse over Zoho Flow and click View More.

  4. Click Connect with Zoho Flow.

  5. Click CREATE YOUR OWN to start creating your customized flows with Zoho Flow.

Integrate with Zoho Commerce

  1. Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

  2.  Select Apps under Integrations.

  3. Mouse over Zoho Commerce and click Connect.

  4. To comply with GDPR, we inform the activities that will be performed after integration,
    1. We will import customers, products, coupons, and orders from your store to Zoho Campaigns.
    2. We will enable you to send promotional campaigns and automated emails to your customers.

    5. Click Continue. Upon integrating, your online store and the data in it (customers, products, store domain, currency used) will be connected and synced with Campaigns.
