Integration with SMS gateways
Integrating your Zoho Campaigns account with various SMS gateways will enhance your marketing efforts by regularly communicating with your target audience. By integrating with multiple SMS gateways, you can increase engagement through SMS campaigns, improve conversion rates, and analyze campaign reports. This help document will guide you through the steps to complete the integration process successfully. The various SMS Gateways available for integration with Zoho Campaigns are:

To Integrate BulkSMS with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over BulkSMS and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Username
- Password
- Username
- Click Integrate.

To integrate Clickatell with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Clickatell and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Clickatell API Key
- Clickatell API Key
- Click Integrate.

To Integrate MessageBird with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over MessageBird and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- MessageBIrd Access Key
- Originate
- MessageBIrd Access Key
- Click Integrate.

To Integrate Sinch MessageMedia with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Sinch MessageMedia and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- API Key
- API Secret Code
- API Key
- Click Integrate.

To Integrate MiSMS with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over MiSMS and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Username
- Password
- SMS Brandname
- Click Integrate.

- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Vonage and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Vonage API key
- Vonage Secret
- Vonage API key
- Click Integrate.

- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Kudosity and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Kudosity API key
- Kudosity Secret
- Kudosity Alphanumeric caller ID
- Kudosity API key
- Click Integrate.
To Integrate SMS-Magic with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over SMS-Magic and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Click Integrate.

To integrate Twilio with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Twilio and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Twilio AuthToken
- Twilio SID
- Twilio phone number
- Twilio AuthToken
- Click Integrate.

To integrate Kaleyra with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Hover over Kaleyra and click Connect.
- Choose an account type: Global or IO platform.
- Fill in the following information:
- Kaleyra API key
- Sender ID
- Entity ID
- Click Integrate.
To Integrate Elitbuzz with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon located on the top right of the application and choose Apps under Integrations.
- Hover over Elitbuzz and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- Elitbuzz API key
- Elitbuzz Secret code
- Click Integrate.
To Integrate Rakuten with Zoho Campaigns
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Mouse over Rakuten and click Connect.
- Fill in the following information:
- API key
- Password
- Sender ID
- API key
- Click Integrate.
How to get Rakuten credentials?
- Login to Rakuten account and click Enterprise Account tab.
- Navigate to API keys tab and click Add API keys.
- Enter the necessary details and click Add.
- The new API key will be listed in the API keys tab. Click on the relevant API key.
- In the detailed view of the key, navigate to Credentials and click Add Credentials.
- You need to set your password in this popup. This password is to be given while integrating Rakuten with Zoho Campaigns.
To integrate ValueFirst with Zoho Campaigns
- Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click Apps under Integrations.
- Choose SMS Gateways.
- Mouse over ValueFirst and click Connect.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the following information – Client key, client password, and Sender ID. Click Integrate.
Change integrated account
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Hover over the integrated SMS gateway and click View Details.
- Click Change beside the required account.
- Click Change.
Deny integration with SMS gateways
- Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Apps under Integrations.
- Hover over the integrated SMS gateway and click View Details.
- Click Deny beside the required account.
- Click Go Ahead.
