Share reports

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
2. Select the campaign you want to share reports for.
   
   
3. Click on More icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown list, select Share Reports.
   
   
4. Filli in the following details,
   
   • Header Details
     
   • Name/Subject
     
   • Access Code
     
5. Click Generate Report Link to generate the report URL.
   
   
6. You can now share the report link and its access code with other users. 
   

Note

• Report links expire 15 days from generation.
  
• Campaign reports can be shared with anyone. A Zoho Campaigns account is not necessary for access.
  

Share email campaigns on social media

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
   
   
2. Select the campaign you want to share reports for.
3. In the top-right corner of the Reports page, click the More button. Select Share this campaign on social media.
   
4. Select the social media platforms on which you want to share your email campaigns, and click Done.
   
   

Send follow-up campaigns based on reports

If you want to send follow-up campaigns based on a particular campaign report,

1. Click the Send Follow-up button in the top-right corner of the Reports page.
   
   
2. Select from the available campaign follow-up types – Chain campaigns, Child campaigns, or Send to other lists.
   
   
   
   

Compare campaigns 

In order to measure your campaign performance, you can compare your sent campaign reports.

By comparing campaign reports, you can learn whether your campaigns' reach has increased or decreased over time, and which of your campaigns have been successful. From this data, you can parse your subscribers' tastes and preferences, and fine-tune your marketing strategies accordingly.

To compare campaign reports,

1. From the Navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns.
   
   
2. Click Compare Campaign.
   
   
3. Select the campaigns you wish to compare from the dropdown. You can select upto three campaigns at a time.
   
   
4. You can now view the email comparison report.
   
   

Additional options

Click More in the top-right corner of the Reports page to see a drop-down menu with the following options:

1. View details
   
2. Delete campaign
   
3. Mark this campaign as dormant
   
4. Download reports
   
5. Download recipient activity data
   
6. Print campaign report
