How to manage organization

Zoho Campaigns allows you to access multiple organizations with the same account using organization. Organization save you from the hassle of creating multiple accounts, and let you manage and organize different organizations using a single Zoho Campaigns account. You need to be invited by an admin of that organization to be a part of their organization.

Using organization, you can be a member of multiple organizations using a single account, switch between those accounts by switching organization, and assign a default organization. You can be a part of and access multiple organization.

  1. You can only own a single organization, but can be a part of multiple organization.
  2. You cannot use the same email address as the sender address to send email campaigns in all the organizations. This is to avoid blasting multiple emails from different organization using the same sender address, which might affect the deliverability rate of the organization. There is also a chance that email services might consider it as spamming. You need to use different email addresses for each organization if you intend to send an email campaign using your account in a different organization.
 

 To view your Organizations  

  1.  From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
  2. Click Company Details under General.
All organization associated with your account will be displayed in the Manage Organizations section.

Note: You can make a organization default by clicking the Set as Default link beside the organization in the My Organization page.

Manage Organization

You can manage your organization from your account. You can modify your organization name which will in turn reflect in the URL. Your current URL will be replaced by the URL that has your organization name instead of your organization ID. 
  1.  From the Navigation toolbar, click Settings.
  2. Click Company Details under General.
  3. Click Change under Manage organization to update your organization ID.

  4. Enter the new name and click Update.

Note:
  1. You can only access this page if you have the Admin role in your current organization.
  2. If you update your product or company logo in the Company Profile section, that image will be reflected here as the organization logo.

Switch between organizations

You can switch between the associated organizations from your account. To do so:
  1. Click your profile logo in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Click Switch to another organization.

  3. All organizations associated with your account will be displayed.
  4. Click on the organization you wish to access. You will be redirected to the chosen organization.

Note: Hover over a organization to view the Settings option. You can update your organization name by clicking Settings option beside your organization. However, you cannot modify other users' organizations.
