DLT Registration on Satzilio DLT

Entity registration

The steps are as follows:
  1. Visit the Satzilio DLT registration portal.
  2. Click the Login/Signup button.

  3. Choose the type of operation As Entity. Click Next.

  4. Click the Click here link beside the New DLT Registration.

  5. Select the location of company: Indian or Overseas. Click Next.

  6. Click New registration and a popup will appear with the cost and certain information. Click OK.

  7. Enter the following information:
    1. Fill out organization details such as name, business type, registered email address, business category, and service type (SMS, voice call, or both).
    2. Enter the company address. Under the Documents section, enter PAN number and upload the document and CIN/ GST/ TAN number along with the corresponding document.
    3. Submit proof of address and identity. Enter the payment details and agree to the terms.

  8. Click Submit.
After submission, a verification link will be sent to your registered email address. Click the OK button once you read the message and validate your email by clicking the verification link received at your registered email address.

Header registration

 The steps are as follows:
  1. Visit the Satzilio DLT registration portal.
  2. Click the Login/Signup button.

  3. Choose the type of operation As Entity. Click Next.

  4. Log in using credentials.
  5. From the Navigation toolbar, click Header. Click New Header icon in the top-right corner.

  6. Enter the following information:
    1. Choose Header Type as Promotional.
    2. Select the business category of your business.
    3. Enter the header for your business. Promotional headers must be six-digit numbers; the first number will vary based on your industry. You can choose a number that will represent your company.
    4. Click Check Availability to check if the header you've entered is available.
    5. Click Choose File to submit a proof that you've chosen a relevant header according to your industry and also aligns with your company.

  7. Click Submit. You will receive an OTP. Enter it and click Verify. 
Once you've submitted the status of the header will be shown as Pending until it is verified from their end. The status will be changed to Approved after verification. You can check the status of header in the Header tab.

Content template registration 

The steps are as follows:
  1. Visit the Satzilio DLT registration portal.
  2. Click the Login/Signup button.

  3. Choose the type of operation As Entity. Click Next.

  4. Login using credentials.
  5. From the Navigation toolbar, click Templates. Click Add new template icon on the top-right corner.

  6. Enter the following information:
    1. Enter a relevant template name. Avoid using names like Template or Test and use an appropriate name like promotions, offer or something denoting the purpose of the template.
    2. Choose SMS as Communication Type.
    3. Choose Template Type as Promotional.
    4. Select an option in the Content Category column which is appropriate for the template to be created.
    5. Choose TEXT or UNICODE in the Template Type column based on the languages required. If you need you messages in languages other than English, choose Unicode.

    6. Click the Create New Message option and type your content template. If your content is not in English, choose the Copy/Paste Message option and paste your message template.
    7. Fill in a sample content that follows your message template.
  7. Click Submit.

After submission, your template will be in Pending status. If you want to edit the associated header, you can do it by clicking Edit and updating a different header.
The status of your template will be updated to Approved after verification. No changes can be made after this stage. If you make any, your template will need to be verified again.
