As per the latest guidelines by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (
TRAI), telecom operators are mandated to whitelist URLs and call back numbers that are shared via text messages. This move was adopted to tackle the issue of spam messages and calls. For example, if you have a URL 'www.zylker.com/sale' or a phone number, 'For queries, reach us at 9876543210' in the SMS content, then both these are to be whitelisted in your DLT portal.
When a contact clicks on the URL in your SMS content, it'll be routed to our shortened URL, and then will fallback on to the URL of your intended webpage. This is why it is important for you to whitelist our domain links. The table given below has details of our domain links along with their respective DCs. You must whitelist the respective pair of URLs depending on the DC you use.
Given below are the links to view the process of whitelisting URLs and phone numbers on different DLT platforms.
