How to whitelist URLs and phone numbers in the DLT portal

As per the latest guidelines by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), telecom operators are mandated to whitelist URLs and call back numbers that are shared via text messages. This move was adopted to tackle the issue of spam messages and calls. For example, if you have a URL 'www.zylker.com/sale' or a phone number, 'For queries, reach us at 9876543210' in the SMS content, then both these are to be whitelisted in your DLT portal.
TRAI has set the deadline for whitelisting URLs as October 1, 2024, and for phone numbers as October 31, 2024.
Note:
  1. The static URL in your SMS content must start with http, https or www, and should not contain a question mark ‘?’.
  2. The dynamic URL in your SMS content can also begin with http, https or www. But it is mandatory that you include a question mark ‘?’ in your dynamic URL.
  3. The mobile numbers included in your SMS content can start with 91 or without 91. Mobile numbers should contain ten digits and start with 6, 7, 8, or 9. For example, 919876543210, 8765432109, etc.
  4. If you're using a landline number as a callback number in your SMS content, it should include ten digits and can start with 0 or without 0. For example, 02345678901, 3456789012, etc.
Here is an example of static and dynamic URLs for the Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Automation domains:

When a contact clicks on the URL in your SMS content, it'll be routed to our shortened URL, and then will fallback on to the URL of your intended webpage. This is why it is important for you to whitelist our domain links. The table given below has details of our domain links along with their respective DCs. You must whitelist the respective pair of URLs depending on the DC you use.
