I would like to seek professional support who can design home pages, some important menus. I tried multiple times by going to "Site Builder" but unsuccessful.
Employees of Zoho are not allowed to access your store directly under any circumstances. It is a violation under the user privacy policy laid down by the company. Support can only guide you with certain technical aspects, but not design your store for you.
