We regret to inform that Item description from Zoho Inventory cannot be synced with the ecommerce store.
How to create store in multiple languages?
We currently don't have the Multilingual feature. However, we support it via third party translators.

Yes. It is possible to display product SKU/Brand/stock available in live store via script
Can a store be linked to 2 or more Inventory org at a time?
Unfortunately, no. At any given point of time, Zoho Commerce users can access only one inventory.
Is it possible to restrict product sync from selected warehouse of Inventory?
Unfortunately we don't have this option. By default, Zoho Commerce users are assigned to a default warehouse in Inventory.
Can existing contacts from Inventory/Books be synced to store?
Absolutely. There is an active sync between Zoho Inventory & Commerce and Zoho Books & Commerce. Any contact created in Inventory or Books will instantly be available on Commerce.
Can products from Zoho CRM be integrated to Commerce?
Yes. You can sync products and contacts from CRM into Zoho Commerce.
Is it possible to disable 'Add to cart' function to sell digital goods?
Zoho Commerce does not support the transaction of digital goods. Hence you can't add a digital product.
What are page versions?
Page versions are different versions of a page that get saved, containing all edits made on that page. This is quite useful when you have multiple contributors working on the same page and you need to identify and track each change made individually.

How can we select the products that will appear on the home page of my website?
You can select every image that needs to be included on the home page of your website. Products can be arranged in to categories that can be included via the Site Builder. Customizations can be done using CSS code, as well.
What about individual state taxes in the USA?
Zoho Commerce is compliant with the state taxes of USA. We have all the settings that are required to configure these taxes with ease.
Can I set up two different prices for the same products for different buyers?
You can use the Price list feature for this purpose. Price List enables you to set up a special price for selected portal members, without applying any coupons. Refer this document for more details on how to set it up.
Is the ability to sell digital products on the road map for Zoho commerce?
Yes, it is on the road map, but it will take time to get implemented.
Do you have automated multi-currency?
We do have a multi-currency functionality in Zoho Commerce. However, during the checkout, only the base currency of the store will be used to calculate the final amount.
How do I eliminate products that are out of stock in my store?
You can disable the inventory of the product in your store. This way, your customers will not be able to see this product while browsing through your store.
How do we add a newsletter form?
A newsletter element can be found under Site Settings. You can use this element to include a newsletter section anywhere in your store.
How many stores can we create from the same account?
We do not limit the number of stores that you can create. However, we mandate that one account cannot have more than two free or trial stores at a time.
What is the difference between Zoho Sites and Zoho Commerce?
Zoho Sites is a website-building platform. We can use it to build websites for businesses, brands, and organizations. Zoho Commerce will help you build an ecommerce website. With an ecommerce website, you can sell products from your website directly. ...
Can we connect multiple warehouses under a single Zoho Commerce store?
We currently do not support linking multiple warehouses to a single store. But it will definitely be added to the pipeline.

You can definitely switch between your current domain provider and Zoho. Contact support@zohocommerce.com and they will guide you on the process.
How does priority levels of multiple taxes work while applying it to different products?
We have four different levels of taxes applicable within Zoho Commerce. Product Level tax has the highest level of priority over the other types of taxes.
Is drop-shipping facility available with Zoho Commerce?
We do not support drop-shipping as of now with Zoho Commerce. We will help you build an ecommerce store and sell your products globally.

Is there a security banner we can use to display certifications?
Zoho Commerce has a feature called Message Bar, which will allow you to display such messages. Go to Settings > Message Bar under Configure to display messages and cookies notification on your website.
