Is it possible to accept international orders?

Zoho Commerce can accept orders from any country. You will have to set up live currency conversion rates from a reliable source on your website. The visitor will see the pricing converted according to the rates set up by you.

The checkout is always in the base currency. This means your payment gateway is compatible, and you don't have to pay currency conversion charges. You need to ensure a you are working with a shipping company that has coverage in the countries you are selling in, then you are good to go.

Can invoicing be automated in Zoho Books for orders that came via Zoho Commerce?
Yes. Based on the ORG ID, sync happens automatically across Zoho products like Books and Inventory. All transactions will be available to view in Zoho Books and Inventory.
Is it possible to integrate with custom payment gateways?
We do not currently support this feature, but are working on offering it in the future.
Is it possible to add notes for each order?
Yes, you can add order notes. Customers can use the Notes text box during checkout to enter any delivery instructions or add their available time slot for delivery.
