  1. Click an order ID to view all order details. This will show you an overview of the entire process that has happened on the order.


Confirm or canceling an order 

Once an order is placed, you can do the following from the Order Details page:
  • Review the order details, including the number of products ordered, the variant, and the bill total
  • Depending on the stock availability, you can choose to confirm or cancel the order

    • Click Confirm Order to proceed with the order.

    • Click Cancel Order to end the order processing.


  • Click Confirm Order after confirming that you can complete this order. Or choose to Cancel Order if you are unsure about completing this order.

  • After confirming, Print Invoice option becomes available. 

The printed Invoice will look like this:

In the middle of the Order Details page, you'll see a box with information about three things:

  • Shipping

  • Payment

  • Item Cancellation/Return

Shipping Orders

The Shipping tab features a section called  Shipping Information , which contains the type of shipping, estimated time of delivery, and the shipping rate. 

Under the Shipping tab, you can also do the following:

  • Click Print Packaging Slip to generate a slip with products details and quantity of items that are being shipped in the package. This is how the packaging slip will look like.

Click Print Delivery Note to generate a delivery note to be included which will have the billing and shipping address of the customer along with the order details and quantity. This is how the delivery note will look like. 
  • Click the Ship dropdown button to choose between Ship manually and Ship via carrier, depending on the order.

Shipping Manually 

Shipping manually means that the seller will ship the product himself through a local carrier or delivery apps.

When you select Shipping Manually, a pop-up will open asking if you want to change the order status from  Shipping  to  Shipped .

1. To confirm this change, click Change Status.


2. Select a carrier from the dropdown menu. If your carrier is not listed, select Others. 
3. Fill in the Service Name, Tracking Number, Dispatched Date, and click OK.

Shipping via a Carrier 

Shipping via a Carrier means that a third-party shipping service will deliver your orders.  If you have any shipping carriers linked to your store, they will be listed here and you can choose from them.

1.  If you don't have any shipping carriers already set up, click  Set Up .

2. The available shipping carriers based on your country will appear. To choose and set up your preferred shipping carrier, click Set Up under their logo. To know more about setting up Shipping carriers read our guide .

  1. After setting up a shipping carrier, enter your From and To addresses and validate them.

  2. After validating your addresses, click Save and Continue.

  3. On the next page, select your parcel type and enter your ship date and your package weight, along with the dry ice weight.

  4. Select your preferred delivery options and click Get Rate.

  5. Click Save and Continue after reviewing your prices.

  6. You can now download and print your shipping label. 

Payment (For offline orders) 

Under the Payment tab, you can mark an order as paid if you've received an offline payment. Simply click  Mark as Paid .

Item Cancellation/Return

If any of the orders are cancelled or returned by either the seller or by the customer, it will be mentioned in this list.


At the bottom of the Order Details page is a  Notes  section, which you can use to leave a message for your customer. Any details regarding the product or any maintenance instruction about the product can be mentioned here. This message can be sent as an email to the customer by enabling the toggle button .


  1. Click Save when you are finished to save any changes made.

Editable Customer Details 

Along the right side of the Order Details page, you will see customer information that can be edite d. This includes Customer Details, Shipping Address, and the Billing Address.

To make changes, simply click the Pen Icon in the top-right corner of the section you wish to edit.
