PayPal Standard can be used to do transactions with your customers across the globe.

PayPal Business Payments can be used only via an eCheck or PayPal balance.

Please Note:

Special characters in certain fields can stop the automatic update of payment details in Zoho Commerce.

If there are non-english characters in fields like Company Name, First or Last Name of your client or your Business Name, then follow the steps below and update your PayPal account settings.

1. Login to your PayPal account and click on 'Profile' under My Account.
   
2. Select 'My Selling Tools' under Profile.
   
3. Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click on 'PayPal button language encoding'.
   
4. On the Language Encoding page, select the 'More Options' button.
   
5. Set UTF-8 for Encoding in 'More Encoding Options' page.
   
6. Click Save.
