Abandoned Cart

Abandoned Cart

This report displays the products that are left behind in carts and did not make it to the checkout step. You can use this report to identify products that are liked by customers but not purchased for some reason, whether it's price, size, or other.

To view this report, go to Reports > Abandoned Cart.

 

Frequently Abandoned Products 

This section displays products that are frequently left behind in the carts by the customers.
To view this report, go to Reports > Abandoned Cart > Frequently Abandoned Products.

 

 


Here you can view the following information:

  • Product: The product that is left behind in a customer's cart.

  • Number of carts: The number of abandoned carts this particular product is in.

  • Quantity: The total number of products left abandoned in customer carts.

  • Total amount: The total cost of all the abandoned products in customer carts. 

Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the frequently abandoned products in your store Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

Customer Details 

This section displays the details of customers that abandoned their products in their carts.
 To view this report, go to Reports > Abandoned Cart > Customer Details.

 


Here you can view the following information:

  • Email: The email ID/address of customers whose carts have products in them.

  • Date: The date on which the products were added to the cart.

  • Items: The items added by the customers in their cart.

  • Email status: The email reminder sent to the customer about the products left behind in their cart.

  • Recovery status: This status is updated when the customer clicks on the email to purchase the products in their cart. If they make the purchase, the status gets updated as "Customer recovered."

  • Cart value: The total cost of the products in the customer's cart.

Click the dropdown list on the top-left to view the details of the customers with products in their cart Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
