The Message Bar feature is used to display any message to the customer anywhere in your store. You can choose whether or not to have a message bar.
Go to Settings > Message Bar under Configure Settings.
Click the Message Bar toggle button to add a message bar in your store.
Enter the message you want to display to your customers in the Message Bar Content box.
Select the Dark or Light radio buttons to choose the Theme of the Message Bar.
Select Top or Bottom from the Position drop-down to confirm the position of the message bar.
