Pick Up

Pick Up

This feature allows your customers to collect their orders from preset locations or from another branch of your store. This way your customers can save the time taken for shipping. 

This will be available as an alternative option to shipping in your store, once enabled for your store.


Enable Pick up

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences under Store Settings.

  1. Enable Pick Up by moving the toggle.
  2. Select Pick Up Type:
  1. Pick up only allows your customers can pick up orders from the store only.
  2. Additional pick up allows your customers to pick up orders which are shipped to pre-defined locations that are closer to them. 
  1. Click Save.


These pre-defined locations can be other branches of your store, or stores that are willing to collect and store these packages until the customer comes and gets it. 



Add New Pick Up Address


  1. Click the Add Pick Up Address button.


  1. Provide Pick Up Name, Contact's Name, email, and phone number. Provide the Company Name, Address, City, State, and Country, along with the Zip Code.
  2. Select Available Days for pick up.
  3. Mention Available Hours or Notes to provide your customers with additional information.
  4. Match Shipping Zones will allow the system to provide search results with this pPick up address when customers search using the matched Shipping Zones.
  5. Click Save.





Once shipping and pick up are both enabled for your store, your customer will see both options during checkout.
