Integrate Zoho CRM

Go to Settings and select Zoho CRM under Integrations.
Click Connect.
To import contacts and products from Zoho CRM, select the organization from the drop-down.

- Click Configure Now next to Contacts.

- Select the Zoho CRM module you want to sync.
- Select the extent of the sync: whether to just fetch records from Zoho CRM or to sync both ways between Zoho Commerce and Zoho CRM.
- Select the type of CRM View to sync.

- Select the extent of the sync: whether to just fetch products from Zoho CRM or to sync both ways between Zoho Commerce and Zoho CRM.
- Select whether to clone, overwrite, or skip duplicate products.
- Map the Zoho CRM fields to the appropriate Zoho Commerce fields so that they can be synced.
