Zoho CRM

You can use Zoho CRM to sync products and customers from your store into CRM and vice versa.

Benefits of the Integration

Integrate Zoho CRM

  1. Go to Settings and select Zoho CRM under Integrations.
  1. Click Connect.

  2. To import contacts and products from Zoho CRM, select the organization from the drop-down.

 Sync Contacts

  1. Click Configure Now next to Contacts.

  2. Select the Zoho CRM module you want to sync.
  3. Select the extent of the sync: whether to just fetch records from Zoho CRM or to sync both ways between Zoho Commerce and Zoho CRM.
  4. Select the type of CRM View to sync.

Sync Products

  1. Click Configure Now next to Products.

  2. Select the extent of the sync: whether to just fetch products from Zoho CRM or to sync both ways between Zoho Commerce and Zoho CRM.
  3. Select whether to clone, overwrite, or skip duplicate products.
  4. Map the Zoho CRM fields to the appropriate Zoho Commerce fields so that they can be synced.

 

After Sync

Once configured, you can perform the following actions:
  • Edit
  • Pause Sync

  • Instant Sync (to manually perform sync)

  • Show Sync History
