Manage Preferences
Product reviews are key to your products, as they help customers better understand your product and service. Encouraging your customers to review products after purchase is the sign of a healthy business.
With the help of the Product Review feature, you can moderate customer reviews and edit your review preferences.
Configure Review Preferences
1. Go to Settings > Preferences under Product Reviews.Update your preferences, as required.
Click Save once you're done.
- Reviews per Page: Use the dropdown list to change the number of reviews you want to be displayed on a single page.
- Email Notifications: Turn on the Email Notifications toggle if you want to be notified every time someone writes a new review.
- Spam Protection: Enable the Show Captcha checkbox if you want to prevent spam reviews.
- Moderation: When review moderation is off, all reviews are approved by default, and are displayed on the site. When you select automatic moderation, all reviews are automatically approved, whereas spam reviews are not shown. Selecting manual moderation will mark all reviews as pending for moderation.
- Allowed Users: Verified Buyers will be selected by default. This will allow only signed-in users who've purchased from your store to write reviews. Select All Registered Users if you'd like to allow all signed-in users to write reviews.

- Go to Settings > Moderation under Product Reviews.

- Go to Settings > Moderation under Product Reviews.
