Manage Preferences

Product reviews are key to your products, as they help customers better understand your product and service. Encouraging your customers to review products after purchase is the sign of a healthy business.

With the help of the Product Review feature, you can moderate customer reviews and edit your review preferences.

Configure Review Preferences

1. Go to Settings > Preferences under Product Reviews.

Update your preferences, as required.

3. Enable the Product Reviews toggle to allow your customers to write reviews for their purchase from your store.

Click Save once you're done.

Reviews per Page: Use the dropdown list to change the number of reviews you want to be displayed on a single page.
Email Notifications: Turn on the Email Notifications toggle if you want to be notified every time someone writes a new review.
Spam Protection: Enable the Show Captcha checkbox if you want to prevent spam reviews.
Moderation: When review moderation is off, all reviews are approved by default, and are displayed on the site. When you select automatic moderation, all reviews are automatically approved, whereas spam reviews are not shown. Selecting manual moderation will mark all reviews as pending for moderation.
Allowed Users: Verified Buyers will be selected by default. This will allow only signed-in users who've purchased from your store to write reviews. Select All Registered Users if you'd like to allow all signed-in users to write reviews.

Approve Product Reviews

Approved reviews are displayed on the website. When review moderation is turned off or set as automatic, all reviews will be approved by default.

1. Go to Settings > Moderation under Product Reviews.

2. Select the review that you want to approve, then click Approve. You can do the same for multiple reviews by selecting them all at once.

Mark and Delete Product Reviews

Go to Settings > Moderation under Product Reviews.

2. Select the reviews you want to mark or delete, then mark the review as Inappropriate, Spam, Not Spam, Trash, or Restore.

Sort Product Reviews

Go to Settings > Moderation under Product Reviews.

2. Click the Filter [

] icon at the top and select the type of reviews you want displayed.
