Moderation

The Moderation feature enables you to moderate the product reviews posted by customers.

All the reviews that are posted by the customers will be displayed here.

You can use the Filter option to sort them as

Approved: The reviews that are checked and approved by you.
Inappropriate: The reviews that are irrelevant or inappropriate.
Pending: The new reviews that are yet to be moderated.
Spam: The reviews that are spam to your store.
Trash: The reviews that are deleted by you.

Moderation of Reviews

Check all reviews for bulk moderation.
Select the appropriate action from Approve, Inappropriate, Spam, Not Spam, Trash, and Restore.
