1. Go to Settings > Customize Invoice under Store Settings.
   

      2. Click Edit to customize the existing template or click + New to create and customize a new template (choose from a list of templates).

Paper Size: Select the paper size on which the invoice will be printed: A5, A4, or Letter.

Orientation: Select Portait or Landscape orientation.

Margins: Customize dimensions for the top, bottom, left, and right margins.

PDF Font: Select your preferred font from the dropdown.

Add Attention Content: You can add custom content here or add a placeholder that will be displayed right above the items table.

Include Payment Stub: Check this box if you'd like to include a detachable section for a payment stub (used to collect cash payments). You can edit the content of the headers and choose to include it in the first or second page.

Background Image: You can choose to include a background image in your invoice.

Image Position: Select the position of the background image from the dropdown, if you've uploaded one.

Select Color Theme: Pick a suitable color theme from the dropdown.

Background Color: Check the box, place the color picker to your desired location, and use the slider to finalize the background color of your invoice.

Label Color: Select a color for your labels in the same way.

Font Size: Customize your font size.

1. Click Preview to review your customization.

2. Click Save to confirm.

3. Once saved, use the gear icon to preview, set as default, delete, or clone.
