Preferences

Enable and adjust your store preferences like order ID, invoice ID, checkout settings, product settings, and other general settings.


Go to Settings > Preferences under Store Settings.

 

 Order ID and invoice ID 

Customize the prefix, ID, and suffix for your order IDs and prefix and ID for your invoice IDs.















 Checkout settings 

  • Customers who can checkout: Select All to allow all customers to complete purchases, and select Registered Users to allow only logged-in customers to complete purchases.
  • Order Notes: Turn on this toggle to include a field for your users to add any additional order-related notes.
  • Enable company name in B2B Invoice: Include your customers' company name in their invoice. This useful for tax-related benefits.

  • Terms and Conditions: Check this box to include the terms and conditions on the checkout page.

  • Minimum Order Value: Enter a minimum amount beyond which the order becomes eligible for checkout.




















 Product settings 

  • Restrict "Out of stock" purchases: Turn on this toggle to stop products that are out of stock from being purchased.
  • Composite Products: Turn on this toggle to activate composite products.
  • Enable custom prices/Price Lists: Turn on this toggle to activate custom prices and price lists for your users.

  • Enable Serial Number Tracking: Enable the toggle to activate serial number tracking for your inventory.

  • Enable Batch Number Tracking: Enable the toggle to activate batch number tracking for your inventory.











 Customer support 

  • Enter your Customer Support Email.

  • Enter your Customer Support Phone number.











These details will be displayed on the orders page of your guest (unregistered) users.

 

General 

Smart Recommendations: Turn on this toggle to let customers see recommendations based on their shopping behavior.

Product Count: This is the number of products that load at a time on any of the pages containing your products.

Sorting: Include a sort bar to arrange products by date added, price, and popularity.

Search Bar: Include a search bar on your website.

Specifications: Include a column for product specifications along with product details. The specifications of the product need to be filled while adding product details.
