Contributors

Different people can help you build and design your store. The access to your store can be given to different people by limiting access they own based on the kind of help they will contributing towards the store. You can grant four levels of access

1. Admin

Admins have the same creative control as the site owner, except that they can't make the initial publish or delete the site.

2. Author

Authors have privileges similar to the admins, but can only edit the pages they have access to.

3. Developer

Developers are third party visitors who have the same privilege as an admin. They do not need to be a part of your organization.

4. Guest

Guests are third party visitors who have the same privilege as an author. They do not need to be a part of your organization.

Invite contributors

1. Go to Site Settings > Contributors under General.

2. Click Add Contributor in the top-right corner.

3. Enter the email addresses of users that you'd like to invite and hit enter.

4. Click the Role dropdown box and select the access level.

5. Restrict Access by selecting specific pages to be shared with the contributor specifically.

6. Click Share.

Change permissions

Select this option to change access permission between author and admin.

Reinvite

Select this option to resend the invitation.

Edit Profile

Select this option to update the contributor's nickname and blog URL.
