How to reset my Zoho account password?

To reset your Zoho account password, you need access to your recovery email address or mobile number. If you have configured any MFA modes for your account, you will also be asked to verify yourself using them.

To reset your password:
  1. Go to accounts.zoho.com.
  2. Click Forget Password?.
  3. Enter your email address, mobile number, or username, then click Next.
  4. Enter the captcha displayed, then click Next.
  5. Enter the last password you remember for your Zoho account, then click Verify Password.
    1. If the password matches, you can continue to sign in.
    2. If the password doesn't match, you will be redirected to use an OTP sent to your registered email address for verification.
  6. If you don't remember any of your previous passwords, click Don't remember?.
    1. Click SEND OTP if you want the OTP to be sent to your primary email address.
    2. If you want to use your recovery email address or mobile number, click View all options and select them. Enter the email address/mobile number, then click SEND OTP.
  7. Enter the OTP received, then click VERIFY.
  8. If you have configured any MFA modes for your account, you will be asked to verify yourself using them. Verify and proceed.
  9. Enter a new password, then click CHANGE PASSWORD.
  10. If your account has been compromised, you can clear all the existing sessions and API tokens. Select which ones to terminate, then click Continue. Note: You can choose to terminate the all the existing browser sessions, the web and mobile app sessions, and the API tokens associated with your account.
  11. Sign in to your Zoho account using your new password.
