Network Analytics

Overview

Analytics helps you to track, measure, and gain insights on how users are interacting within your network.   Analytics has seven different tabs:
Users: See the number of members, and external users in your networks. You can also view the list of top contributors in your network.

Feeds: Track the number of posts, comments, attachments, and unique users in the entire network, company wall, or a group.    
 
Groups: Identify the total number of groups in the network, most active groups, least active groups with minimum or no interaction, and the recently created ones.  

Tasks: See the number of tasks, new Boards, and completed tasks in the entire network or a particular Board.  

Manuals: View the metrics of Manuals in your network and its top contributors.

Forums : View the number of forum posts in every category and the comments in them.

Town Hall : This tab gives you the overall view of town halls created in the network, the total number of questions asked, answered questions, and unique participants.  

Who can view the network analytics? 

Only the network admins can view the network analytics.  

How to view the network analytics?

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right. 
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
           
  1. In the settings page, click Analytics.
          
  1. Switch between the tabs to view the metrics in them.
