Overview
Audiences help you organize and target specific groups based on defined conditions or criteria. You can update audience details, temporarily disable an audience, or permanently delete it whenever required.

How to update an audience

To update an audience name, description, or criteria:
  1. Go to the Audiences from Settings.

  2. Click the gear icon near the audience you want to edit.

  3. In the pop-up, make the required changes.

  4. Click Save.

How to disable an audience

To disable an audience temporarily:
  1. Go to the Audiences from Settings.

  2. Click the gear icon near the audience you want to disable.

  3. In the pop-up, go to Advanced tab.
  4. Toggle this option to disable the selected audience.

The audience status will change to Disabled immediately.
Notes
Disabled audiences can be enabled again at any time from the Audience page. Disabling an audience does not affect its user list or conditions configured for condition-based audiences. Also, when a condition-based audience is disabled, all users will be reevaluated based on the defined conditions, and the audience members will be updated accordingly.
Info
If you want to re-enable the audience later, toggle the same option again.

Delete an audience

To delete an audience permanently:
  1. Go to the Audiences from Settings.

  2. Click the gear icon near the audience you want to disable.

  3. In the pop-up, go to Advanced tab.
  4. Click Delete.

  5. In the confirmation pop-up, select Delete.

Notes
If you delete an audience associated with an Audience Dashboard, the dashboard will no longer be accessible to its members. However, admins can edit the dashboard and assign a different audience if required.
