Customizing user invitation emails

Overview

Invitations sent out to your external collaborators (External Users) can be customized to suit your brand values. You can add a message to give your external stakeholders a better idea on the purpose behind your network.

Who can customize email invites?

Only the network admins can customize the email invites. 

How to customize email invites?

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
           
  1. In the settings page, click Email Templates under Customization. 
          
  1. Click Customize found the right end of the required user type. 
         
  1. Add your customized message, change font styles, and provide links, if needed.
  2. Once done, click Save.
