Invitations sent out to your external collaborators (External Users) can be customized to suit your brand values. You can add a message to give your external stakeholders a better idea on the purpose behind your network.
Who can customize email invites?
Only the network admins can customize the email invites.
How to customize email invites?
- Click the gear icon
from the menu in the right.
- From the dropdown, select Settings.
- In the settings page, click Email Templates under Customization.
- Click Customize found the right end of the required user type.
- Add your customized message, change font styles, and provide links, if needed.
- Once done, click Save.
