As a network admin, you can reorder the apps in the left menu to best suit your network's needs. This order is applied to the users who haven't yet rearranged their apps. You also have the option to change the order of the modules in the mobile app.
How do I reorder the apps in the left menu for all members?
Click the gear icon [] in the right menu.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
In the Settings page, click Reorder Apps under Apps & Features.
Click the reordericon [] next to the app, then drag and drop the app to the preferred position.
The order of the Feeds section in the web version and the placement of the Feeds, Notification, and the More option in the mobile apps cannot be changed.
Can users modify the order set by the admin?
Yes, users can override the preferences set by the admin and change the order of apps as per their needs, anytime they want to.
The option for admins to reorder the apps in the left menu is available only in paid plans of Zoho Connect.
