Only the

How to set up a custom domain for a Zoho Connect Network?
Configuring a custom domain can be broken down in to two steps.
Step 1: Enter the custom domain address in Connect
- Click the gear icon from the menu in the right.
- From the dropdown, select Settings.
- In the settings page, click Custom Domain under Customization.
- In the new page, click Add Custom Domain.
- In the input box, enter the domain address.
- Once done, click Add.
Step 2: Create a CNAME and map it to the value given by Zoho Connect.
- Log in to your domain provider's administrative console.
- Locate the page to update your DNS records. Depending on the DNS provider, this page might be called DNS configurations /DNS Setting / Manage DNS.
- Find the section to manage CNAME records. You may already have some entries configured with names www or mail.
- Add a CNAME record with a host name (Eg: connect) and point it to the value given in the Custom domain configuration page in Zoho Connect.
- Save changes and log out.
- Click Submit & Verify in Zoho Connect.
You will not be able to use your custom domain until we verify that your CNAME record has been reflected on the DNS server. This could usually be done in 3-4 hours, but at times can take up to 48 hours depending on your domain name provider’s TTL (Time to Live) settings. You can contact your domain name provider’s support if you need further assistance with adding a CNAME record.
Certificate Installation
Zoho Connect runs in secure (https) mode and it is mandatory to install an SSL certificate for your custom domain. SSL certificate helps in creating a secure connection between a web server and a user’s web browser and prevents access errors.
As soon as your domain name is verified, we’ll start installing a multi-domain SSL certificate for your custom domain. This usually takes around 3-5 business days. Once this is done, you can access Zoho Connect using your custom domain name. You’ll be notified via email when the SSL certificate has been installed.
Since SSL certificates purchased from third-party vendors cannot be installed in Zoho Connect, a multi-domain SSL certificate will be installed by us at no cost to you.
Once you have configured a custom domain and started using it, users in the network might face a few difficulties while trying to upload files and access custom apps. To avoid such difficulties, users must choose to allow third-party cookies in their respective browsers. Click
