Audit Logs in Zoho Connect

Overview 

Audit logs in Zoho Connect provide you with a chronological sequence of actions performed by users and changes made in the network. 

Who can view the Audit Logs?

Only the network admins can access and view audit logs.

How to view the Audit Logs?  

  1. Click the gear icon  from the menu in the right. 
  2. From the dropdown, select Settings.
          
  1. In the settings page, select Export under Data Administration. 
                 
  1. You'll see a list of all actions and changes made in the network for the last 6 years.

Filters in Audit Logs 

Using the filter option in Audit Logs, you can view records added by a particular user or a list of actions performed on a particular date.

1. Filter by name
Select a specific user to view the log of actions performed by the user.
 
2. Filter by action
Select an action to view the related changes.
 
3. Filter by time
Select a time to view the log of actions.
 
To filter logs:
  1. Click Filter found in the top-right part of the Audit Logs page.
  2. In the pop-out, select the required filter to view the results matching the selected criteria.
